Wow what a fantastic day we had for our Matariki celebrations. Many thanks to those who attended to celebrate with us and everyone for supporting the awesome stall holders. Many times thoughout the afternoon there was only standing space if you could find a spot, our weavers and our star making crew were busy in wharenui. Many thanks to our performers Te Tikanga Rua Reo, Wahine Rikoriko Otautahi, Huaki, Te Kotahitanga, Marshland and Belfast School and our own Te Kaitaka Tupuna. Also big thanks to Te Puni Kokiri for supporting us and our event, without your support this wouldnt have been possible.

Last night we celebrated the success of our Rongoa Graduates who completed our Rongoa Wananga series under the guidance of our Practitioners Hutika Crofts and Symonde Laugesen. It has been a huge accomplishment and very proud moment to see these beautiful wahine come away with many new skills and some are in the process of opening their clinics which is very exciting. A big mihi and congratulations to all of you xx
