Ngāti Kahungunu ki Te Wairoa / Ngāti Pāhauwera / Ngāti Ruapani ki Waikaremoana / Tūhoe I am the son and nephew of founding old boys and am privileged to be a Trustee for Te Whatu Manawa Māoritanga o Rehua and a part of upholding the mana of our marae. It is very rewarding to see the positive impact our marae has on whanau in alignment with their aspirations. I studied at Lincoln University and graduated with a B. Com (VPM) and have spent many years working in property development, investment, valuation, and management with the likes of Ngāi Tahu Property, Ngāi Tahu Farming, AMP Capital, Opus International and Smith Developments. Finally, I’m fortunate to have an amazing wahine and tamariki alongside. My other commitments are with the Christchurch Football Club where my father and uncles played rugby (Board Member & Secretary), Canterbury Rugby Football Union – Māori Rugby Council ‘Waitaha’ (Councillor), Te Waipounamu Māori Rugby Board (Chairman) and the New Zealand Māori Rugby Board (Board Member).
